Debet provides voluntary self-exclusion for players who require a defined period away from gaming. Self-exclusion is a personal decision to restrict access to your Debet account across all products. It is part of our Responsible Gaming framework and is designed to prevent access to betting and deposits for the chosen duration.
To initiate self-exclusion, sign in to your Debet account and open Profile Details. Select Self-Exclusion, choose the period you want, and confirm. The exclusion takes effect immediately and you will not be able to log in for the full duration. Once activated, the period cannot be shortened.
Funds remain in your Debet account but are inaccessible while the exclusion is active. You cannot deposit or withdraw funds during the exclusion. After the exclusion ends, standard withdrawal options resume in line with Debet’s payout and verification policies.
Following the expiration of the self-exclusion period, you may log in to your Debet account as normal and resume playing. If you wish to extend or renew the exclusion beyond the original period, contact Debet Support before the expiry date to discuss an extension of the current self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion is voluntary and intended to support responsible gaming. You must meet the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction to use Debet. Debet reserves the right to enforce self-exclusion and to block attempts to bypass the exclusion in accordance with our Terms and applicable law.
